Our workmanship
Sun & Snow Roofing backs qualifying installations with a 10-year workmanship warranty.
Current manufacturer details verified from CertainTeed Canada. Review Landmark warranty information.
The finished shingles are only one part of the system.
We look at the roof as a complete water-management assembly: existing roofing, deck condition, underlayment, penetrations, flashing, valleys, ventilation and the final shingle installation.
Tear-off & inspection
Existing material is removed so the deck and problem areas can be evaluated instead of simply covered over.
Decking & waterproofing
Damaged sheathing and vulnerable details are addressed before the new roof covering goes on.
Flashing & finishing
Roof edges, penetrations, chimneys, valleys and ventilation are integrated into the finished system.
“Would recommend Wes and his team again. Redid our roof in 3 days... They showed up at 8AM everyday and got the work done. Paid after completion. Communication was smooth.”
— S MBefore replacing your shingle roof.
How do I know whether I need repair or replacement?
Repeated leaks, widespread shingle wear, aging materials, missing shingles or deterioration across multiple roof areas usually justify looking at replacement. We can assess whether a targeted repair still makes sense.
Do you install only CertainTeed Landmark?
Landmark is our predominant asphalt product, but the right specification depends on the project. We can discuss the appropriate system when we review the roof.
What warranty do you provide?
Sun & Snow Roofing provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on qualifying installations. Manufacturer warranty coverage is separate and subject to the product manufacturer's terms.
