Find the leak. Fix the roof problem.
Roof leaks, storm damage, damaged shingles, vents, flashing and penetrations. Send photos if you have them—the faster we understand the problem, the faster we can determine the right next step.
Not every roof problem means a full replacement.
The goal is to identify the likely water path or failed roof detail and decide whether a targeted repair is appropriate.
Storm damage
Punctured, lifted or missing shingles and damage after high wind, falling branches or severe weather.
Vents & penetrations
Leaking roof vents, plumbing penetrations and other openings through the roof system.
Flashing & details
Chimneys, transitions, valleys, sidewalls and other areas where water needs to be managed carefully.
“My roof developed a pretty serious leak during a storm. Sun&Snow was quick to show up and replaced a few roof shingles that had been punctured by a falling tree at a very reasonable cost.”
— Aaron Siv“I highly recommend Wesley. He arrived on time, did a great job and was priced very fairly for showing up on a Sunday to do a roof repair. Fantastic service!”
— Nancy Halas“Great service, prompt on time, did an excellent job. Changed leaking roof vent with complete check of my roof.”
— Jim Palmer

If water is entering the home.
Can I text photos?
Yes. Text exterior roof photos and, if safe to do so, photos of where the water is showing inside. Do not climb onto a wet or unsafe roof to take pictures.
Do you offer emergency response?
Yes. Sun & Snow Roofing offers emergency roof repair response. Availability depends on current weather, crew location and safe access.
Will you tell me if replacement makes more sense?
Yes. If the roof condition suggests that a repair would only delay a larger failure, we can explain that and discuss replacement options.
