The roofing concern
This Campbell River project involved leaking fan vents on a metal roof. The work focused on the flashing around the vents: the connection between each vent housing and the surrounding roof covering.
The work in view
Sun & Snow Roofing re-flashed the leaking fan vents. The close-up photographs show the metal pieces around the housings, while the wider views place those details within the existing roof. The photographs also include nearby pipes and a skylight as roof context.
Planning a similar repair
If you have a leak near a roof opening, tell us where you notice it inside, when it occurs and what roofing material is on the property. Existing photographs and the history of earlier repairs help start the conversation. We can then discuss the assessment and a defined repair scope for your roof.
